What is your custom process?

Our Custom process allows our clients control from the initial design concept, through stone sourcing and refining of final details. Our team will facilitate and offer guidance throughout this process, allowing the client to fully realise their ideas and create a piece which is truly unique and built just for them.

Do I need an appointment to discuss a custom piece?

Our custom process begins with a virtual design consult. This is to ensure that the right person is here to help, and that we can create a special, one-on-one experience tailored to you. You can request a consultation here.


Can I still work with you to create a custom piece if i am not local?

Absolutely! All our design consultations are virtual and take place online. When it comes to selecting your stone, we present HD videos and imagery to give a true to life visualisation of your options.


Can I pay for my custom piece in installments?

Once the design and quote has been finalised, we require a 70% deposit in order to start production. Upon completion of the piece the remaining balance is then due.


Do you offer re-modeling?

Unfortunately we do not re-model existing jewellery.

Can I supply my own stones?

Unfortunately, we do not work with client sourced stones. If you have a specific type of stone or gem that you were hoping to use in a bespoke piece, please contact our team so we can look into the possibility of sourcing one for you through our trusted suppliers.


What are your production time frames?

All Grace Marié pieces are made to order and require 4-8 weeks for manufacturing from date of purchase or deposit. Our production time frame does not include shipping estimates.

Unfortunately, our production time frames can be subject to change or delay due to factors outside of our control. You will receive email updates as your piece moves through the different stages of the production process.

Delivery and shipping details are confirmed prior to shipping your piece to ensure correct details are provided. Grace Marié will not be liable for incorrectly provided addresses.

All Fine Jewellery pieces will be shipped within 2-5 business days from date of purchase or deposit.

How do I care for my bespoke piece?

In caring for your jewellery, it’s important to understand the vulnerabilities of precious metals and stones. To carefully maintain your new piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to any impact, pressure, harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. Metal, gemstones and even diamonds can crack or chip upon impact with the wrong material. Chemicals and some household substances can weaken metal or damage the colour, clarity or lustre of gemstones, even if not immediately apparent. We recommend having your ring serviced every 12 months. Please read our care guide for addition information.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

Before purchasing any piece of jewellery, we strongly suggest checking your ring size to ensure the perfect fit. However, if your ring arrives and it does not fit we can resize at an additional cost. Please get in touch if you require your ring to be resized.

Having your ring resized by another jeweller will unfortunately void the warranty.
