We offer free Australia wide and worldwide shipping on every order.

Because all items are custom made to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation, however are subject to change due to circumstances outside our control. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Due to the nature of purchase, all goods sold are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

As each item is designed and handcrafted to order we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. Our friendly customer service team will be available throughout the entire journey of your purchase to answer all queries. If you have any questions please get in touch prior to purchase.

Returns

In the extremely unlikely event of the product having a defect upon shipping, we will repair it or offer an exchange (our discretion). These exchanges can only be done within 7 days of receiving the piece and the piece must be returned in new condition (no damage). Please contact us with clear photos of the defect as soon as you receive your product.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every purchase made with Grace Marié comes with peace of mind. All items come with a limited lifetime warranty effective from date of purchase. Our warranty will cover optical properties of our stones including brilliance and fire the ring and physical integrity of the stone under normal wear outlined in guidelines of care. 

It does not cover damage or defects as a result of abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your gem. Any alterations or treatments to purchased item will void the warranty. 

Lost, damaged or chipped stones are not covered in our warranty. In the very unlikely event of your focal stone falling out or becoming damaged, personal insurance is highly advised.

We always recommend the purchase of an independent insurance for your Grace Marié ring. This will cover anything outside of our warranty and protect you for circumstances out of your control (such as theft).
